An exciting opportunity to join a growing rural hospital affiliated physical and occupational therapy center. The 物理治疗师 (PT) will provide/coordinate services for our acute/swing bed patients in the hospital setting as well as in our outpatient setting. PT must have provision of assessment and evidence-based treatments, skill in the wide range of basic evaluation instruments, ability to modify and/or adapt treatment techniques to improve outcomes, participation in PI/QA programs, participation in departmental meetings, 监督PTA\aid, 根据需要, and participation in promoting occupational therapy to the hospital, 社区, local and outside referrals/providers.

教育:
Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy required. A master degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution, passed the National 物理治疗师 Examination (NPTE). Compliant with state regulatory requirements. Must hold valid license from Physical Therapy Board of California. A valid BLS for healthcare provider certification, approved by the American Heart Association.
经验:
Acute skilled nursing or outpatient settings preferred. 2 to 3 years’ experience as a physical therapist experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Compassionate and attentive to detail. Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices. Ability to solve problems independently. Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
